Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Photonic Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling at auto aligner and troubleshooting in daily shiftily basis . This role requires a strong understanding of photonics, precision assembly techniques using fiContec machine , and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Assembly and Testing: Assemble photonic components and systems according to detailed specifications and diagrams. Perform precision alignment of optical components using fiContec 6 axis aligner . Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues with photonic devices and manufacturing equipment. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of photonic manufacturing equipment. Quality Control: Document and report any defects or discrepancies. Cleanroom Compliance: Adhere to cleanroom protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Qualifications: Education: Associate Diploma or higher in Photonics, Optics, Electronics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in photonic or optical device manufacturing. Skills: Proficiency in using optical alignment tools and equipment.- fiConTec ( 6 axis aligner ) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
