Key responsibilities : Carrying out global contract review and analysis of customer contracts, general terms and conditions for sale and purchase, supply contracts, confidentiality agreements, and agent and partner agreements in order to evaluate contractual risk against group standard contracting principles Identifying potential risks, discrepancies or issues in contractual terms and recommending strategies to mitigate them. Provide global contractual ITT and RFQ review support, identification and assessment of risk and mitigations, draft qualifications. Interpreting existing contractual terms in order to advise business of contractual obligations and/or potential exposures. Have understanding about G - contract
