The Role Perform the general office duties to support the Sales team in Kuala Lumpur office Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or group resume) Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials) Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process Answer questions from clients about property facilities and services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events) Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests Support the KL sales team in conducting market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation If required, support the KL sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and contract negotiations Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales programs Support in the coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders To perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time Talent Profile Preferably 1 year of experience in hotel sales and related experience in an international hotel brand Good communication and organization skills Able to work under fast paced environment Attention to details Positive attitude Committed to delivering a high level of guest experience Show more Show less
