Organizing and safeguarding drawings and documents: Proper documentation and organization of drawings and documents are essential for risk management. This ensures that critical information is accessible when needed, reducing the risk of errors, misunderstandings, or delays. 2. Contract management and legal documents: Effective contract management helps mitigate risks associated with contractual obligations, disputes, and legal liabilities. By drafting and reviewing contracts carefully, potential risks can be identified and addressed proactively, minimizing the chances of legal disputes or breaches of contract. 3. Recording meeting minutes: Keeping accurate records of meetings is crucial for documenting decisions, actions, and agreements made during the project lifecycle. This helps mitigate risks associated with miscommunication, misunderstandings, or disputes over project requirements, responsibilities, and timelines. 4. Assisting in handling disputes and legal issues: Proactively addressing disputes and legal issues is a key aspect of risk management. By analyzing risks, understanding legal implications, and participating in dispute resolution processes, the risk of costly litigation or project delays can be minimized. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Law (including Civil and Commercial law, Intellectual Property law, Civil Procedural law, and Economic law), with a profound understanding of their respective disciplines; Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or experience in manufacturing industry.
