- Manage GM calendar, meetings, travel, visitors and key communications
- Track action items from leadership meetings and drive follow-up to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and plant initiatives
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards and meeting materials
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders
- Help organize workshops, leadership meetings and plant events
- Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives

- 2-5 years EA/PA/Project Coordinator experience supporting senior leaders
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced manufacturing or tech environment
- Highly proactive, structured and detail-oriented
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and digital tools capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Degree preferred
