- Prepare business presentation PowerPoint, documents and spreadsheets for Management and maintain a Filing Record System.
- Liaise with the other operating companies and their secretaries on business meetings, appointments and travel itineraries as well as coordinates related logistics matters such as arrangement of meeting rooms
- Hotel, flight & all transportation arrangement for SMT, guests, supplier & colleagues
- Foreign Workers administration (Renewal, COM , ePlks and FWCMS
- SMT meeting program schedule preparation, coordination & others secretarial functions
- Lunch, refreshment, dinner & golf game arrangement for SMT & guests upon requisition & special visit
- Company property
- Company vehicle administration (insurance, road tax, LTA approval, traffic summons & etc), regular maintenance & cleaning
- Hostels (Bungalow) for expatriate regular maintenance, cleaning & administration and contract renewal
- Factory & company hostels main gate master key administration
- Supervise company driver cum dispatch (outstation & daily dispatch schedule)
- Assist HR Manager in ISO14001 record keeping.
- Headquarter newsletter, internal memo & letter local language translation & checking
- Front office renovation & repairing coordination
- Housekeeping & cleaners administration / contract renewal
- Assisting updating notice boards and TV communications
- HRDF application and management and Supporting training & development
- Staff welfare/activities:
- Comply with applicable environmental & safety laws and regulations
- Be aware of any significant safety & environmental aspects associated with their work and work area including proper handling of scheduled wastes; unsafe act /conditions
- Refrain from participating in operations that are unhealthy, unsafe, noncompliant; and
