- Participate in business partnering with commercial and operations
- Support budget, rolling forecast preparation and monthly variance analysis for both Profit & Loss and Balance sheet
- Lead and coordinate the month-end closing process by establishing clear timelines and functional requirements
- Develop and leverage the different sources of data and provide a series of analysis and dashboard reporting
- Check source data to verify completeness and enhance accuracy
- Undertake and support various ad-hoc projects as directed
- Review of staff claims and streamlining of processes, where necessary
- Project manage E-invoicing monthly submission and ad-hoc troubleshooting

- Degree/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or its equivalent.
- At Least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Financial Analysis and Business Partnering.
- Willing to travel internationally up to 10%.
- Advanced users of spreadsheet and presentation tools, particularly Google sheets, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good analytical skills and able to present analysis in rationally while “speaking the audience's language”.
- Independent, self-starter, self-motivated, result oriented as well as customer oriented.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
