• Track and evaluate shipping data by preparing the respective reports require by

• Ensure all outbound documents are available for shipment and clearance purposes. Developing and maintaining positive relationship with freight service providers, custom brokers, regulators via regular meetings and communication
• Review freight/custom declaration charges are align with market practice and identify opportunity for cost saving purposes. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholder on a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation practices for all logistics activities internal/external audit purposes
• Provide consultation to stakeholders on best practices in relation to logistic activities including customs and export regulations. Review/Screen vendor invoices prior submit to AP

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain management. A working experience of 1-3 Years is required in this role
• Proficient speaker of English and local language Have experience in using SAP, Oracle etc.
• Able to use Microsoft Office and Tools for analysis and reporting purpose
