- Manage the full lifecycle of IT products, from roadmap planning to successful delivery aligned with business goals.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders throughout product development.
- Prepare product documentation, oversee implementation, and drive testing and validation activities.
- Prioritize and balance business needs, building strong partnerships with senior leaders and business units.
- Define strategic plans, enforce governance standards, and establish best practices for IT delivery.
- Develop, mentor, and guide team members to build sustainable technical and leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.
- 6-8 years' experience in product management, IT projects, or software engineering, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in system applications, data management, and technology rollouts.
- Hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with proven project management skills.
