- The role leads the Business Partners to Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams of Zalora, as well as the teams managing P&L and Cashflow forecasting, submissions, and variance analysis.
- The ideal candidate must be an independent and objective thinker who can set goals, build capability, define processes, and achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- They should also be able to objectively advise the CFO on both operational and strategic finance matters, integrating finance into the business and providing substantial value through the provision of quality, timely, and accurate information, highlighting issues and trends, and earning the trust of the Zalora management team.
- Considering the lean and flat organizational structure, the ideal candidate must also possess broad experience across multiple P&L lines and countries
- The role leads 9 team members with 3 (three) direct reports
- The role also includes ad-hoc support to the CFO on Corporate Finance matters.
- The ideal candidate will be a values-based leader with a proven record of managing and coaching large teams and building talent.
- This is a key role within the Finance Leadership team (FLT) of Zalora
- The role works closely with the remainder of Zalora FLT and the key finance stakeholders in Global Fashion Group (GFG) HQ in London, and, therefore, the candidate needs to be able to demonstrate an ability to work across boundaries and cultures, and quickly build meaningful professional relationships.

- The candidate must be able to analyze and challenge the information they report to the Group with professional skepticism.
- The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, FP&A and Business Partnering experience across both P&L and Working Capital lines, outstanding analytical and presentation skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact outcomes quickly.
- The business environment is dynamic and fluid; therefore, the ideal candidate must be a hands-on leader
- The ideal candidate will have more than 15 years of experience within Southeast Asia in a variety of finance leadership roles within both commercial and Shared Service environments.
- This role requires approximately 25% travel within Southeast Asia on average
