We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality video and visual content that enhances our brand presence and engages our audience. You will oversee content creation, media planning, social media visuals, and video documentation to ensure compelling storytelling.Key Responsibilities: * Content Strategy & Planning

Conduct market and product research to inform content strategies.
Develop and execute media planning and production for video content.
Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas and campaign execution.
Video Production & Editing

Create engaging reels, stories, and short-form videos for social media platforms.
Produce high-quality webinars, short courses, promotional videos, and animated videos to support marketing and training initiatives (animation is a plus).
Edit videos for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Capture behind-the-scenes footage, events, testimonials, and interviews to highlight our brand story.
Creative Development

Assist in scripting, copywriting, and storyboard development for diverse video projects.
Assist in basic graphic design for marketing materials, thumbnails, and social media posts.
Social Media & Visual Design

Handle social media content creation, including visuals and basic design work using Canva.
Support social media posting with creative visuals and simple motion content.

Key Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field.
Experience in content creation for social media, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Proficiency in video editing skill e.g. Capcut, Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
Strong video editing skills with a good design sense and visual storytelling ability.
Basic design skills using Canva or similar design tools.
Knowledge of audience engagement and social media trends.
Good writing skills for captions, scripts, and content planning.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines during event turnarounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A positive, can-do mindset with a strong sense of accountability. Open to constructive feedback and adaptable to changing priorities.

Working Hour : Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday 9:30am - 1:00pm
