The role involves overseeing preventive maintenance activities that involve tower network audit, fiber route preventive maintenance and general tower preventive and housekeeping. Responsible for tracking plan, against progress, managing documentation, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational contracts. RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate and monitor vendor performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and service levels. Collaborate with vendors to improve service delivery and resolve any performance issues. Manage and monitor contracts related to CFM/SNP, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions. Govern and oversee the execution of preventive maintenance, ensuring quality standards and operational expectations are met. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align corrective maintenance activities required from preventive maintenance findings. Monitor and assess the performance of suppliers, vendors, and internal processes. Generate performance reports, highlighting key metrics, and providing recommendations for improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for preventive maintenance records, findings and other relevant documents. Ensure proper documentation for compliance, audits, and future reference. Ensure timely follow-up on action items arising from meetings. Manage and maintain the assets database, ensuring accurate records for items such as air conditioning units, fire extinguishers, SESCO meters, and generators. Monitor asset usage, maintenance schedules, and lifecycle management. Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or relevant stakeholders, as and when required. REQUIREMENTS Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in tower facilities and fiber network operation or related roles. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Ability to liaise effectively with vendors, and management teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and vendor management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (MS Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
