SN776 WO#4 Digital Banking Job Title: iOS Developer - L3 Support Domain: Digital Banking Sub-Domain: L3 support Experience Level: L2 (3-5 years) Location: Kuala Lumpur Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior iOS Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join the L3 Support team for a leading Digital Banking platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Swift-based iOS development and a keen interest in supporting and maintaining critical mobile banking applications. This role is focused on issue resolution, bug fixes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability and performance. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 support for iOS mobile banking applications, including issue investigation and defect resolution. Debug and fix production issues raised by L1/L2 teams and business users. Work closely with QA, DevOps, and development teams to implement hotfixes and minor enhancements. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring iOS issues and contribute to preventive measures. Assist in app store maintenance, build packaging, and deployment using tools like Fastlane or Gradle. Collaborate in an Agile support environment and document technical resolutions and system behavior. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in iOS app development using Swift. Familiarity with Oracle databases, APIs, and backend communication. Comfortable working on HPUX, Linux, or Solaris operating systems. Strong debugging, code tracing, and issue-triaging skills in mobile applications. Good to Have Experience with Fastlane, Firebase, Gradle, or Maven for mobile CI/CD and monitoring. Exposure to digital banking platforms and financial industry applications. Familiarity with ITIL-based support models or ticketing systems. Show more Show less
