- Create and manage services projects in designated tools.
- Allocate and assign specialized Sitecore resources to projects based on client needs.
- Streamline various project case types for efficiency and consistency.
- Support workflows between integrated systems to maintain operational accuracy.
- Produce reports aggregating data from multiple systems and sources for business insights.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across multiple cultures and regions (AMR and EMEA).
- Strong ability to learn quickly, think methodically, and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams and geographies.
- Experience with Certinia, ServiceNow, and advanced reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with global service operations and cross-cultural collaboration.
