Description We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in West Malaysia. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, proposals, and contracts Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the Autocount system Assist in the preparation and execution of sales events, such as exhibition and product launches Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner Completed any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor, Head of Department, General Manager and Managing Director Job scope change from time to time according to company requirement Skills and Qualifications SPM Certificate, or a related field 0-1 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Language proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay Prefer Mandarin speaker
