Why does this job exist and why is it critical Job Accountabilities / Key Result Area - Design and implement end-to-end processes for order fulfilment, service provisioning, delivery management for Fixed line, Mobile and Business Fibre. - Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current practices and desired outcomes - Pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce delays, and strengthen delivery performance. - Leverage Generative AI tools to automate process mapping, enhance fulfilment and delivery workflows, and accelerate identification of gaps and inefficiencies. - Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate system capabilities with business processes. Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors, present actionable findings to senior leadership, and drive change management initiatives Drive operational excellence initiatives to accelerate time-to-market and improve customer satisfaction. Deliver streamlined, automated processes that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance delivery assurance, ultimately driving measurable business outcomes. Drive performance by increasing fulfilment accuracy, reducing provisioning fallouts, and improve Turnaround time (TAT) by minimizing delivery delays and strengthen overall operational excellence. Minimum Essential Qualifications & Technical Competences Formal Education Bachelor Degree IT Service Management ITIL/Service Enablemen Work Experience Total Work Experience: More than 8 years Total Desired Experience: 4 to 6 years in Telecommunication/ IT/ Networking Skills / Knowledge -Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management within the telecom industry is preferred Knowledge of Generative AI applications and their practical uses in process optimization Preferred expertise in enterprise systems such as CPQ, Kenan, and ServiceNow Hands-on experience with eTOM framework and its application in telecom operations.
