Your RoleExecute a timely delivery of AP processes and resolve operational issues for smooth processing of activities. Ensure all invoice processing are performed in the agreed terms and conditions. This role is specifically to support Vietnam market.Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify the validity of Vietnamese invoices, ensure invoices are processed as per KPI, within service levels and in compliance with company policies, procedures and controls.
  • Resolve any identified operational issues, vendor or internal staff queries on invoices and escalate to supervisor where necessary.
  • Process Vietnamese Travel & Expense receipts and payment of claims.
  • Actively monitor the status of pending Invoice and Travel and Expense claims and answering supplier/business queries in Vietnamese language.
  • Support internal / external audit. Provide required information.
  • Cooperation with cross function teams within SSC for monthly closing activities.
  • Support in the preparation of analytic reports and/ or accounting schedules.
