We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join Digital Strategy team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the bank&aposs digital initiatives. Leveraging your strategic mindset and analytical skills, you will contribute to the development and implementation of digital strategies that drive the bank&aposs competitiveness in the ever-evolving financial landscape. Role Responsibilities Digital Landscape Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the digital landscape, including market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors, to inform the bank&aposs digital strategy. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the bank&aposs digital strategy, aligning it with business objectives and ensuring a forward-looking approach. Business Intelligence: Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to derive actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making for digital initiatives. Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital strategies. Regularly monitor and report on the performance of digital projects. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, technology, and finance teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital strategies. Project Management: Manage aspects of digital projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation of digital initiatives. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with digital strategies and propose mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Innovation Advocacy: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to foster innovation within the digital strategy. Requirements Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in digital strategy, business analysis, or a related role within the financial services industry or comparable sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, including senior management. A strategic mindset with the ability to align digital initiatives with overall business goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes in technology and market dynamics.
