Job Description: Design effective training programs according to company requirements. Conduct workshops, individual training session etc. Prepare training materials. Coordinate internal and external training programs for all employees besides maintaining their training records. Work closely with GM and retails operation to identify training needs and conduct annual training needs analysis. Facilitate onboarding of new employees. Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Keep training records in hard copy/electronically. Prepare annual training calendar. Undertake other duties and responsibility as may assign by the Management from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realizations of the job purpose. To be fully compliant with company's policies and procedures. During the course of your duties there will be occasions when the nature of your work will be confidential and under no circumstances may this be discussed within, or outside the office with persons who are not entitled to such information. Breach of this requirement will constitute grounds for immediate disciplinary action or cessation of employment. Notwithstanding the above functions, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management. Requirements: Experience in training, learning & development or similar role Experience conducting both group workshops or one-on-one sessions Willing to occasionally travel if external training is required Skills & Competencies: Strong presentation and public speaking skills Ability to design training programs and materials effectively Skilled in coordinating and organizing training logistics
