JOB DESCRIPTION:MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLEPerforms entry-level professional business support/administrative work, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility as on-the-job/formal training is received.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in gathering and documenting business needs, user requirements, and process flowsSupport analysis of current vs future-state business processesHelp maintain requirements documentation, meeting notes, and basic business casesParticipate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and system walkthroughsSupport It projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action itemsAssist with documentation related to IT policies, compliance, and quality standards.Follow established IT standards, methodologies, and change management processesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.QUALIFICATIONSCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Business Information Systems or related disciplinesUnderstanding of IT systems and applications, business processes and Microsoft tools are requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetClear verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to learn and take feedbackAbility to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teamsThe base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY: Administrative SupportDIVISION: BTS Business Technology ServicesLOCATION: Malaysia
