The candidate will support the development and management of international network department, working with internal teams (ISD, Legal, Domestic S&M) and global partners (Investors, distributors, dealers) to expand market presence. We are looking for someone proactive, collaborative, and culturally adaptable, with strong intercultural communication and analytical skills. Develop strategies, policies, guidelines, and processes to enhance distributor performance and ensure compliance. Oversee the standards for distributor network development and operational excellence. Support the selection and appointment of new distributors, as well as contract renewals and terminations. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in International Business Studies, Business Studies, Financial, Marketing etc. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field Good command of language in English Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and working knowledge of AI-powered tools for data analysis, document automation, content generation, and workflow. Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural skills. Able to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business partners. Strong data analytics skills and good data visualization.
