Job DescriptionContributes to the success of Wealth Management (WM) Asia Operations as part of WM Global Operations, the incumbent is responsible for leading a senior team providing operational service excellence. The job holder has overall responsibility for managing the day to day operations in support of WM Europe ensuring accuracy, timeliness and adherence to all procedures and controls.The role requires the holder to manage a diverse team co-ordinating incoming work, problem escalation and resolution matters. The incumbent will work closely with the WME Operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery on a daily basis for all incoming work. The holder will also work closely with the WMA Private Banking (PB) Operations team to manage cross training, create capacity and upskill teams as identified.
