- Setup and maintain schedules for stand-ups, sprint plans, and milestone (mid-term & long term) trackers.
- Ensure project goals, sprint objectives and product vision are clearly understood and communicated to the team.
- Help anticipate and flag production risks, supporting mitigation planning with the Lead Producer and project leadership.
- Own the execution of production workflows for assigned tasks, including backlog grooming, bug tracking, localization process, and asset follow-ups.
- Ensure task statuses are accurate and up to date in project tracking tools.
- Coordinate with team leads to verify task completions meet expected quality and timeline.
- Manage day-to-day project needs, such as asset deliveries, documentation updates, and follow-through on meeting action items.
- Serve as a daily point of contact for assigned team members or departments, supporting coordination across departments.
- Support the preparation of status updates, reports, and client review materials, in collaboration with the Senior Producer or Lead Producer.
- Attend and document meetings (stand-ups, reviews, retros) and assist in keeping communication loops closed across teams.
- Interface with external partners when necessary, under supervision, and help track feedback loops and change requests.
- Provide mentorship and daily coordination to associate producers and production coordinators.
- Assist with onboarding coordination, ensuring new team members have access to tools and schedules.
- Help gather team feedback and participate in team retrospectives to improve workflow and collaboration.
- Model good production hygiene by managing tasks responsibly, respecting timelines, and reinforcing best practices.
- Take initiative in ensuring delivery readiness for assigned project sections, including final asset checks, delivery logs, and QA coordination (UX specifications, User Research/ Playtest).
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production goals align with creative and technical standards.
- Flag opportunities for efficiency improvements or scope clarity to senior production leaders.
- Support resource tracking, documentation, and coordination related to project budgets or headcount planning.
- Excellent understanding of the gaming market, including major cohorts, and industry trend.
- Make task-level decisions that support project clarity, consistency, and smooth coordination.
- Proactively surface issues, needs, or misalignments to the Senior Producer or Lead Producer for support.
- Begin to build influence through clear communication, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Act as a reliable executor of production strategies, ensuring day-to-day stability and smooth delivery flow.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Producer, managing large internal teams within the video game industry (Software Engineers, Artists, Designers, Audio Specialists, Senior Project Managers, Associate Producers etc.)
- Good working knowledge of Video Games and an understanding of how game software is made
- Mature personality, able to manage relationships at a senior level and appreciate multicultural working environments
- Creative, pragmatic and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development
- Strong leadership skills, able to drive various functions through the whole development process
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines
- Strong project management capability
