Known for delivering complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of public transportation and urban development in Malaysia. Your new role Maintain up-to-date and accurate project data in the Enterprise Dashboard System to support effective decision-making. Create and update Time Chainage Diagrams to reflect real-time site progress and construction sequencing. Coordinate planning and reporting tasks across project teams and consultants for assigned work packages or the overall project. Develop detailed project schedules and monitor timelines for both internal stakeholders and external partners. Identify and analyse critical path activities, providing input to address delays and maintain key milestones. Track progress, flag variances, and assist in the analysis of project delays and deviations. Prepare and compile routine progress reports for internal management and external parties. What you&aposll need to succeed Holds a Bachelor&aposs Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent, with strong academic standing (CGPA 3.00 or equivalent). Brings a minimum of 12 years' experience in project control and progress monitoring, ideally within major infrastructure or building developments. Well-versed in Primavera P6, with solid experience in developing, managing, and analysing construction schedules. Possesses practical knowledge of contracts and contract administration within complex project environments. Familiarity with fast-paced infrastructure project settings, with prior exposure to planning, scheduling, and reporting is considered an added advantage.
