- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (electronics/automotive preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma practices is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and drive performance on key metrics (OEE, yield, scrap, delivery, and cost).
- Lead, train, and develop operators and technicians to build high-performing teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and planning teams to resolve production issues.
- Drive 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement culture on the shop floor.
- Ensure accurate reporting of production data and maintain proper documentation.
