Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage professional employees and/or supervisors, or support, production, or operations team Coach and provide operational & technical advice to the execution team, implementation, and maintenance of the system & procedures Ensure the certification of new test execution staff Allocation of workload for the test center operation team, reviews backlogs, and defines a catch-up plan Plans the timely allocation of resources (manpower, machine capacity, materials) of the test operation team to meet team targets (cycle time, staff productivity, and homemade failure) Ensure the discipline of the test operation team, including 5s, adherenceto procedure, attendance, and overtime/breaktime. Takes the necessaryactions when necessary Set employee performance objectives, conduct performance reviews, and recommend pay actions Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource andoperational challenges Interact with other labs regularly (e.g., alignment meeting, workshop, etc) for process enhancement and harmonization. Your Profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 5 years related experience in semiconductor reliability stressequipment is preferred Experience in reliability test methodology &concepts, reference standards, and working principles of stress equipment Experience in programming know-how will be an added advantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
