  • Dive into the heart of our operations by reviewing supplier set up forms, setting up new suppliers and customers, or changing existing vendors/customers in SAP according to the Vendor Master Data SOP.
  • Be the driving force behind data accuracy and efficiency by entering vendor data in MDGS platform based on user requests, ensuring seamless operations every step of the way.
  • Be the go-to expert for all things data-related, from performing data entry in MDGS platform for bank details and change requests to approving data and enhancements based on appropriate supportings.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment by providing guidance and training to internal business partners regarding Vendor Master Data processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Be the backbone of our compliance efforts by assisting with external and internal audit inquiries, ensuring control compliance, and maintaining up-to-date process documents and work instructions for the role.
  • Make a tangible impact on our operations by providing data and root cause analysis to support continuous process improvement, driving our team towards greater efficiency and success.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Embrace the challenge of supporting business requirements by creating, updating, verifying, and cleaning up master data for vendors and customers, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Take ownership of the integrity and maintenance of master data, both domestic and foreign, and ensure timely and accurate vendor master data creations and approval.
  • Be the first line of defense by monitoring the vendor master email box, reviewing, resolving, and following up on emails in a timely manner.
  • Drive excellence in all aspects of our operations by ensuring all work documentation and processes meet Internal Control Financial Reporting (ICFR), group policies and guidelines, local statutory, and legal requirements within agreed service timelines.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • Are you a degree or diploma holder in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent? Do you have a passion for excellence and a desire to make a difference?
  • Do you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English & Thai, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders?
  • Have you gained at least 1 year of experience in transactional accounting teams and/or in a shared service environment and master data (vendors and customers), making you a seasoned professional in your field?. Or are you a recent graduate eager to take on new challenges and make a meaningful impact from day one.
  • Are you familiar with SAP knowledge or other ERP accounting systems and MS Office tools, ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact?
  • Do you have external experience in a shared service or business process outsourcing engagement, giving you a unique perspective and an edge in today's competitive market?
