Now, we’re looking for passionate, purpose-driven Retail Associates who are ready to bring that belief to life.Your Role: Retail Associate – Timberland MalaysiaAs a Timberland Retail Associate, you’ll be a product expert, a brand storyteller, and a customer experience champion. You’ll connect people not just to premium products, but to a legacy of exploration, innovation, and environmental responsibility.What You’ll Do1. Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience

Be the welcoming face of Timberland in-store
Listen actively and recommend products that fit the customer’s lifestyle, purpose, and values
Drive meaningful conversations around sustainability and craftsmanship

2. Support Store Success

Achieve sales targets through exceptional service and product knowledge
Increase store performance metrics: UPT (Units Per Transaction), ATV (Average Transaction Value), conversion rates
Build customer loyalty through consistent, personal engagement

3. Ensure Operational Excellence

Manage POS transactions, store opening/closing, and cash handling with accuracy
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory control, and visual merchandising
Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-right retail environment

4. Be Part of the Movement

Participate in product launches, in-store activations, and brand campaigns
Support zero-loss efforts through vigilance and operational discipline
Embody Timberland’s values in every interaction — authenticity, courage, integrity, and purpose

Who We’re Looking ForYou don’t need to climb mountains — but you do need to bring the energy to move them. We’re looking for someone who is:

A Malaysian citizen with 1–3 years of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Available for shifts, weekends, and public holidays (a must)
Comfortable working on their feet and in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment
Passionate about outdoor lifestyle, sustainability, and storytelling
Energetic, team-oriented, and eager to grow
Bonus if you can start immediately.
