Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Shah Alam for a Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor. The individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory levels. Additional duties include staff scheduling, training new employees, and implementing store policies. The role requires effective communication with the management team to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
