The Pedigree: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of high-octane experience in Finance Shared Services/GBS.
The Track Record: Currently leading a mature Finance GBS for a medium-to-large MNC. You’ve seen it all, from steady-state stability to radical transformation.
The Tech Edge: You’ve steered organizations through major ERP transitions and have a pulse on the future of Finance tech.
The Leader: You are a master of managing virtual, global teams across diverse time zones and cultures.
The Toolkit: Armed with a Six Sigma mindset (certification preferred) and a relentless drive for Lean operations.
