If you think this opportunity is right for you, we encourage you to apply!Job Description:Job Specifications:Responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive product awareness, market penetration, and sales growth.To supports product launches, creates marketing and promotional materials, manages campaigns and market activations.Works closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations to ensure effective product positioning and customer engagement.To supports dealer and stakeholder communications, monitors market trends and customer feedback, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels.Gather market intelligence which includes competitors’ activities, pricing, and products to management.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (especially Product team, Sales team, Business Development) to support business and commercial objectives.To drive integrated marketing and promotional initiatives for Agri-Bio products, machines, and services across all channels, including face-to-face engagement, social media platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), email marketing, digital campaigns, trade publications, and marketing collateral, to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market penetration.Support sales growth and market penetration through effective marketing strategiesEnhance brand visibility and strengthen product positioning in the market.Support successful product launches and go-to-market execution.Translate product features into clear customer value propositions.Generate customer awareness, demand, and engagement.Support sales teams with marketing tools, materials, and activation programs.Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to support business decisions.Ensure consistent product messaging and brand communication across all channels.Job Requirements:Candidate must be possess bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Agricultural Business, or related field from a recognized university in Malaysia or equivalent.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or related role.Experience in agri-business, machines, FMCG, industrial products, or B2B marketing is an added advantage.Strong knowledge of product marketing, branding, and integrated marketing communications.Good understanding of Malaysian market landscape, dealer network engagement, and customer behavior.Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.Familiarity with Malaysian business communication practices and basic regulatory/compliance requirements for marketing materials.Good understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering.Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe tools.Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and event management skills.Good analytical, planning, and reporting skills.Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.Willing to travel for field visits, dealer engagement, roadshows, exhibitions, and business events when required.To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your interest for this role.
