About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager/ Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Data & Analytics initiatives across APAC. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, technology, and risk, driving programs that span data platforms, governance, analytics, and regulatory reporting.You will play a critical role in ensuring disciplined execution, reducing delivery risk, and delivering measurable business outcomes aligned with the APAC Data Strategy and Target Operating Model.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Delivery
  • Lead multiple Data & Analytics initiatives, including data platforms (Data Lakes, MDM, Datamarts), dashboards, governance, and modernization efforts
  • Translate business needs into clear, executable delivery plans aligned with data standards and architecture
  • Drive execution across the full lifecycle: discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and handover
2. Governance & Control
  • Establish strong delivery governance, including RAID management, stage gates, and change control
  • Manage cross-market dependencies, including regulatory and data privacy requirements
  • Ensure audit-ready documentation across requirements, data lineage, ownership, and controls
3. Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the single point of accountability across business, data, engineering, IT, and risk teams
  • Lead steering committees and executive updates with clear status reporting and decision-focused escalations
  • Effectively manage expectations in complex, resource-constrained environments
4. Planning & Resource Management
  • Develop realistic delivery plans and estimates based on capacity, effort, and market constraints
  • Align resources across engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
Key Skills & Expertise
  • Proven track record delivering large, complex, multi-market data programs
  • Strong experience with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies in regulated environments
  • Deep understanding of Data & Analytics ecosystems (Data Lakes, MDM, Datamarts, BI tools such as Power BI)
