JOB TITLE: SALES ADMIN CLERKJob Description:Responsibility Administrative Tasks:
  • Managing and organizing sales-related data and documentation
  • Creating and maintaining customer accounts and information
  • Processing sales orders, invoices, and payments
  • Handling general office administrative duties
  • Preparing daily cash sales reports and monthly claims
  • Document processing and filing systems management
Sales Support Functions:
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Tracking and reporting sales metrics and performance
  • Coordinating with Sales Representatives and other departments
  • Assisting with sales forecasting and budget planning
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Managing online sales store performance and generating weekly reports
Customer Service:
  • Handling customer calls and inquiries
  • Processing customer orders and maintaining order records
  • Providing after-sales support to customers
  • Assisting new customers with applications and registrations
Minimum Requirements:Education Requirements:
  • Minimum: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent O-Level certification
  • Preferred: Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Diploma in any field
  • Advantageous: Background in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Essential Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic computer literacy and PC skills
  • Data entry capabilities with attention to detail
Language Requirements:
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Customer service experience is advantageous

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
