- Answer the repair call enthusiastically and make records. Notify the person in charge of maintenance as soon as the repair report is received.
- Pay a customer return visit according to regulations, and track the rectification results of the return visit.
- Accurately sort out repair records.
- Notify the person in charge of FE area in time for important maintenance.
- Complete the tasks arranged by superiors.
- With working experience, relevant qualification materials will be recorded in the personnel files of service providers.
- More than 1 year experience in similar services.
- Degree or above.
- Skillful use of computers and Microsoft Office software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
