Someone with an attitude to deliver and a passion to delight.ResponsibilitiesManage and execute the campaign management lifecycle, ensuring clarity and alignment with commercial objectives.Plan and deliver tactical campaigns across regional, cluster, and hotel levels, including strategy, messaging, targeting, and budgeting.Coordinate campaign operations across owned media channels, ensuring content and assets are properly executed.Analyze feeder market insights and post-campaign performance to drive data-driven decisions.Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Drive the tactical campaign calendar and ensure synergy across hotels in the SEAA region.Support training, knowledge sharing, and team development initiatives.Ensure compliance with brand standards, frameworks, and operational excellence.RequirementsDegree in Marketing or related field.Minimum 3 years of campaign marketing experience.Strong background in performance marketing with knowledge of A/B and multi-variant testing.Fluent in written and spoken English (local languages are a plus).Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.Self-starter, team player, and positive role model with strong communication skills.Ability to multi-task and work long hours when required.
