MohonKelayakan· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or any related field· 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or project-based marketing (furniture, interior design, or renovation industry is an added advantage)· Strong knowledge or interest in furnishing, custom furniture, and interior projects· Excellent communication & negotiation skills - both in writing and verbal, in English & Bahasa Malaysia· Confident and presentable, able to conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations· Good understanding of sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure· Skilled in using tools such as Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, Canva, or social media for marketing· Capable of preparing quotations, proposals & doing follow-ups with prospects· Able to work independently and as part of a team under minimum supervision· Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings or site visits· Highly motivated, result-driven and committed to meeting sales targets· Willing to learn technical details of the products & services offered· Creative thinking and problem-solving ability to handle client needs and objectionsTanggungjawab

Source and build relationships with new clients (B2B & B2C)
Present and promote products and services to potential customers
Conduct site visits to understand client requirements
Prepare reports and updates on sales activities
Participate in exhibitions, roadshows & project pitching sessions
