Key Requirements: The Dining Specialist will be responsible for leading the delivery of the best employee dining experience in Malaysia. The individual is also responsible for developing, implementing and continuously refreshing innovative food services and catering programs. The job responsibilities include monitoring of hygiene standards, development and promotion of food concepts, engagement and management of vendors or in-house team, management of stakeholders and deal with satisfaction of end users. The individual will utilize strategic thinking and independent leadership in program development and execution. The candidate will need to possess the ability to solve problems and work with minimal direction. This service will be accomplished through working with the Site Facility Management service provider (Cafe vendor), vendors and Stakeholders. Minimum 10 years in the culinary industry.
