Position Overview Are you passionate about developing people and curious about how global talent and learning initiatives come to life This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global Talent Development, digital learning and culture projects within a truly international organization. As a Talent Development Intern at allnex, you will work closely with a multicultural Global Talent team and contribute to real initiatives spanning multiple countries, regions and functions. You won't just observe - you'll actively support the design, coordination and promotion of virtual learning programs while building valuable skills in learning operations, communication and employer branding. Responsibilities Support the design, coordination and rollout of virtual global learning programs (leadership development, team workshops, e-learning content, live webinars)) Help create and update virtual learning materials, manage training tracking, via our Learning Management System. Support communication efforts related to talent development initiatives and internal & external employer branding (creation of short videos, intranet posts, learning promotions, emails. Collaborate with global teams to adapt learning content for different regions and cultures. Provide general project management and administrative support to the Global Talent Development team. Required Skills And Experience Strong interest for the learning & development space. An interest in and exposure to content design and promotional activities is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Driven, adaptable, proactive and willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment. A Plus: Interest, creativity and capability in usage of modern media (e.g. short video creation) for promotional campaigns. Qualifications Registered student or graduate, ideally pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Psychology Business or a related field.
