Seeking a Financial Planning & Costing Analyst to support cost analysis, project evaluations, and financial reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Analyze business results including product and manufacturing costs, inventory, and expenses
Perform unit cost analysis, variance reviews, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Conduct ROI studies and evaluate project/investment proposals
Lead CAPEX planning, tracking, and post-investment analysis
Prepare accurate management accounts and assist in month-end closing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations and finance

Min. 3 years' experience in finance/costing, preferably in the semiconductor industry
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Strong Excel and Power BI skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
Good English communication skills
