Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to clients in Mandarin and English. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and order management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures. Skills and Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using customer support software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
