Responsibilities:
Proper storage and handling of goods and equipment to avoid damage/quality deterioration/pilferage.
Issue goods upon request with proper documentation.
Update receiving and issuance records daily
Filing of all daily requisition.
Maintain good inventory accuracy
Conduct cycle audit
Ensure all SOPs compliance
Assist to scrap the cables when needed
Maintain good housekeeping standard and adhere to all safety rules.
assist supervisor on daily jobs.
monitoring the drums yard.
update data on finished goods and update data on raw materials movement.
packing drums.
cut / rewind cables and recoil / rewind drums.
raw materials issuing (as backup) and raw materials data update (as backup).
do circle count on finished goods / coils & do circle count on raw materials.
Education:
Candidate must possess at least a Possess min SPM.
Experience:
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Other Essential:
Able to generate some official doc such as delivery order (e.g for subcon. to Prysmian Malaysia).
able to work with minimal supervision and stress in rushing for shipment.
Able to plan, monitor, organize & control daily inventory flow
able to communicate to various dept.
