Due to business growth, they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial activities and drive market expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales and business development strategies to promote products.Lead client presentations and provide consultative support during business development stages.Act as the main customer focal point, ensuring professional handling of enquiries and issues.Build strong relationships with clients and coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution.Represent the company as brand ambassador in all commercial engagements.Execute marketing and branding activities including sales kits, advertising, exhibitions, roadshows, and seminars.Manage and oversee the sales process from order confirmation through to shipment.Perform additional sales and marketing duties as assigned by management.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic or rubber injection manufacturing.Strong written and spoken English; confident in presentations and seminars.Japanese language skills are an added advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.#LI-JACMY
