Are you able to speak the SEO language? A growing marketing agency is looking for an SEO Senior Specialist to join their team. We are looking for talents with hands-on experience in SEO tools, SEO strategy, keyword search, SEO algorithms, and link-building experience. If you are coming from an agency background and have experience handling multiple portfolios, you are the one that we are looking for!Candidates who have been managing in-house brands with more than 5 years of experience are welcome to apply! We are flexible to discuss as long as you have a strong passion for SEO and digital marketing. You are also adaptable, coachable, solution-based thinker, and able to handle multiple priorities with good organizational and time management skills.What you'll do:
- Proficient in keyword research and SEO strategies.
- Understand metrics and KPIs and provide recommendations to improve performance.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and performance.
- Utilize pivot tables, excel tracking, data validation, and conditioning.
- Execute on-page technical audit.
- Manage aspects of improving the websites.
- Manage SEO marketing outreach campaigns.
What do you need to have to succeed in this role:
- Strong hands-on experience with organic search platforms/SEO tools.
- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs and Semrush is highly desirable but not limited to other related SEO tools/platforms such Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, ScreamingFrog and etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in search engine optimization algorithms, keyword search and best practices with good fundamental knowledge.
- Experienced with HTML and Wordpress.
- Link-building experience across websites.
- Experienced and adaptable in an agency environment.
- SEM experience is good to have as a plus point.
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English.
