With our global reach, we ensure the global supply chain has access to the Flash memory it needs to keep our world moving forward.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Test Engineer - Process, you will be responsible for leading Project improvement in the Burn In area, supporting execution and addressing manufacturing issues related to Test Process. You will be expected to continuously improve manufacturing processes through innovative solutions, collaborating across teams and disciplines. Your role is critical in driving Test Process improvements to enhance system robustness and scalability through systematic approaches and appropriate tools.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborating with product managers, NPI engineers, Assembly engineers, Manufacturing supervisors, and QA to meticulously scope, plan, design, and implement new features while maintaining existing functionality.
Upholding and enforcing high engineering standards across the team.
Utilizing your expertise to enhance the technical proficiency of team members through rigorous coaching and mentoring.
Conducting thorough analyses to identify potential issues and ensure quality in manufacturing Testing Processes.
Meticulously documenting and monitoring testing outcomes, establishing comprehensive remediation steps for identified problems.
Demonstrating a detailed understanding of proper test case documentation and creating effective, focused testing plans
Engaging in cross-departmental collaboration for cost-saving initiatives.
Providing comprehensive specifications for proposed solutions, including accurate time and scope assessment.
Establishing clear, measurable goals for all aspects of product testing and developing robust execution strategies.

QualificationsREQUIRED:

A bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, Engineering, or Applied Science in Physics is required.
A minimum of 4 years of extensive experience in semiconductor testing.
Proficiency in Process Testing within the Semiconductor industry is essential.
Strong project development and leadership skills are crucial for effectively planning and overseeing project tests.
Comprehensive understanding and application of current best practices using Analysis tools is mandatory.
Comprehensive understanding and application of current best practices using Analysis tools is mandatory.
Process Improvement & Optimization using systematic approaches and tools to enhance test robustness and scalability.
Yield Integration ability to correlate test data with yield performance and drive improvements.

SKILLS:

Semiconductor Test Process Expertise – in-depth knowledge of burn-in process, test flow, and failure analysis in semiconductor manufacturing.
Semiconductor Testing – hands-on experience with test equipment, procedures, and analysis in a production environment.
Analysis Tools – ability to use statistical/data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Excel advanced functions, SPC tools) for root cause analysis and process control.
Project Management – planning, executing, and tracking improvement projects.
Cross-functional Collaboration – working with NPI, product, assembly, manufacturing, and QA teams.
Problem-solving Mindset – ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve test-related issues systematically.
