We are an established ISO certified Construction Company in Subang Jaya are now looking for highly talented and committed individuals who have the following qualifications and experience to join our Company:-Job Requirment:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants experienced in construction industry (main contractor) will be an added advantage.
  • Experienced in P&L reporting, suppliers' payment and managing creditors and customer aging.
  • Possess mature personality, good communication skill, meticulous and able to work with all levels of staff in the organization.
  • Competent user of SQL System and Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely preparation / review of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
  • Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with company policies and accounting standard procedures or related statutory and tax requirements.
  • Review workflows, processes and identify areas needed for improvement / implement the enhancement to be more efficient with accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Manage, monitor, and control the finance status closing procedure, including preparation of statutory accounts and relevant disclosure and co-ordination of overall process.
  • To plan, execute and monitor all related matters on cash flow management and payment arrangement.
  • Liaise with external parties, e.g., auditor, tax agent, company secretary and bankers.
  • Ensure that all management and statutory reporting submission are done on a timely and accurate basis.
  • To undertake other ad hoc assignments as required from time to time by the Management.
