Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

To support and assist the Executive Director & Sales Manager for the products marketing, sales activities and on-site support activities.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the elevator and escalator market.
Preparing and submitting accurate and competitive quotations and proposals.
Actively participate tenders and BQs.
To support in new products / product improvement identification according to customer needs.
Attend and present at customer meetings / tender clarification meeting.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Attend customer complaint and resolve the complaint with professional response.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) is preferred.
Min 3 - 5 years experience in lift industries.
Strong verbal, written, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success.
Willingness to travel
Good time management
