- To provide overall administrative support to the superior to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
- Key person in taking charge of the inventories, stock input, logistic administration.
- Act as the back-up personnel for customer billing administration.
- Attend to customer payment arrears.
- Ensure that that the compliance of daily job tallies with the total daily transactions before submission to the relevant department.
- Handle all administrative duties related to customer billing e.g. data key-in reports, filing, etc.
- Provide support to superior in other documentation works related to monthly Management Reports.
- Provide support to superior on the administration of attendance.
- Perform general administrative duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, etc.
- Coordinate meetings and record or compile minutes of meetings.
- Carry heavy stock items (e.g., consumables, parts) as required
