Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking Install and configure hardware and software applications Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioning Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs Provide technical support for any IT related matters or issue Train users on the use of Cartrack applications and hardware Continuously update technical knowledge and skills Complete Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
