- Qualification: SPM or equivalent
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of F&B experience.
- Skills:
- Able to lead, train & develop staff.
- Able to follow and execute any instruction given by company.
- Able communicate and interact to all levels with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform duties which require speed, efficiency, and organization skills.
- Able to multi-task and work on tight timelines.
- Able to wok rotate shift, weekend and public holiday.
- Hire, train and develop service crew & cashier
- Schedule shift and manage staff disciplinary issue
- Provide highest standard of customer service
- Provide highest standard of food & beverage quality
- Ensure outlet cleanliness and orderliness at all time
- Ensure all SOPs & KPIs are followed
- Procurement and stock management
- Cash handling & sales bank in
- Thrive to meet sales target set by the company
- Submit accurate daily, weekly, monthly in a timely manner.
- Gather useful information and provide feedback as per company request
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as and when needed by superior.
