This role focuses on leading the team, enhancing guest experience, and ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house operations.Key Responsibilities- Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet- Supervise day-to-day outlet operations during assigned shifts- Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality- Lead and guide service crew and junior staff- Ensure staff follow SOPs, grooming, and service standards- Assist in training and onboarding new employees- Supervise service floor staff to deliver interactive BBQ service- Ensure proper grilling assistance is provided when required to enhance guest experience- Monitor table readiness, cleanliness, and reset efficiency- Oversee daily operations and ensure all service procedures and cost control policies are followed- Ensure both FOH and BOH areas are maintained at the highest level of cleanliness and tidiness- Conduct daily briefings and provide updates on reservations, events, and promotions- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely food delivery"Manfaat
